Hey, I heard something in a sermon that left a deep impression on me. Pastor said that if you had watched a really bad boring movie in the theatres, would you buy the DVD after the movie and watched it again at home?
But this is exactly what we will do if we had some bad memories. People like to play back them over and over again. And they even like to rewind and watch again or worse, pause at the worst part.. haha
I just feel it is very true...Most of us do that all the time. So the point is really to put the past behind and move on and to make more better memories. But of cos easier said than done. hehe But hope this will serve as an encouragement to someone out there to stop playing that boring DVD! hehe
